Each of the six Cable Art machines allow you to train according to your personal preferences. The movement paths are not guided, the radius can be individually determined at any time and both halves of the body can be trained with different weights to compensate for muscular imbalances. Numerous exercise variations are possible on each machine a dynamic full-body workout with different training levels.
